Making sense of the chaos
Sometimes there seems to be too much information. Or just conflicting information. Yet in this seeming chaos there is a message. We have to just be prepared to look for it. Here's a visual example of what I am talking about. You're going to need to point a QR scanner at this to discover the message in the chaos of dots! If you don't have one on your phone - download one from your app store! Come one - show you're an @ctivist!
QR Codes are a great way of encouraging curiosity and learning through the pedagogy of chaos. Check out this video to find out more about QR codes. And of course, make sure you enroll in the ACT Online course to find out how to create your own QR codes and use them as part of the pedagogy of chaos.
Now that you have been rewarded by scanning the image above - how about another riddle in the chaos. Can you see through the seeming jumble of letters and discover what is hidden here? Unscramble each word, then take the letters in the highlighted box and it will create the final word! What is the word within the chaos? It looks like a lot of work. Like it will require lots of brain power. And that is exactly what working with the pedagogy of chaos is all about. It's about seeing through the jumble, the mess, the disorder and drawing out meaning. It's not easy - and that is why this pedagogy sits at the top. So show you can reach the dizzying heights of the ACT approach.

So, have you got it? Well done if you have. I hope you're not reading here hoping for the answer ;-)
That's not how this pedagogy works. The reward is in working in the chaos and finding the meaning. That is where the real cognitive reward and challenge lies. BTW, you can create your own scramble puzzles here.
